| Director, Center for Judaic Studies, Professor of Religion, Boston University Dr. Steven T. Katz is Director of the Center for Judaic Studies and Professor of Religion at Boston University. He received his PhD from the University of Cambridge in England. He is the author of many books and articles dealing with the Holocaust and with Jewish philosophy. He also edits the prize-winning journal Modern Judaism and has recently been appointed the editor of one of the new volumes of the Cambridge History of Judaism. The University of Tubingen has awarded him its prestigious Lucas Prize for 1999. He is a member of Edahs Advisory Council. | ||
