Dr. Reuven Kimelman is a professor of Rabbinic Literature at Brandeis University and has a PhD from Yale University. He is Senior Scholar at CLAL and Scholar-in-Residence of the JCC on the Palisades, in New Jersey. He is the author of The Mystical Meaning of Lekhah Dodi and The Rhetoric of Jewish Prayer.
